For clinicians and care teams
Clinical trial eligibility screening for rare disease patients, in the trial's own words
For clinicians, nurses and care teams. Paste a short de-identified summary. The finder pulls every recruiting study for the diagnosis from ClinicalTrials.gov, runs the structured checks, and reads the top trials' eligibility text against what you wrote, quoting each criterion so you can see the basis for every line.
Registry
ClinicalTrials.gov API v2, pulled live on every run, filtered to recruiting and not yet recruiting, limited to studies whose listed conditions or title name the diagnosis. The pull time is printed with the results.
Structured checks
The Match Me engine reads the registry's structured fields: age limits with their units, sex, open sites by state, and named agents against the exclusion text. A study is marked as conflicting only on a hard fact.
Criteria read
For the first 8 interventional studies, a model reads the full eligibility text against the summary and returns each criterion it can settle, quoted and coded I or E, as met, conflicting or open.
Output
A candidate list with the basis shown for every line. No score, no ranking of patients, no recommendation. Nothing pasted is stored; a count of tokens and the condition searched is the only record.
Attestation
The finder reads a case summary, so the summary must carry none of the 18 identifiers in the HIPAA Safe Harbor method (45 CFR 164.514(b)(2)). Nothing pasted is stored.
Patients and caregivers: the same engine runs with a short set of questions on Match Me.

REMS, monitoring and prior authorization criteria, drug by drug
One page per drug: what the pharmacy or REMS needs before it ships, what the prior authorization wants documented, the titration, the monitoring the label requires and the interactions that change the dose. Built from the current label, the drugmaker's program and one public insurer policy, the same 3 documents as the patient pages.

Questions clinicians ask about the finder
How does the finder screen a patient for clinical trials?
It reads a de-identified case summary into fields, pulls every recruiting and not yet recruiting ClinicalTrials.gov study that lists the condition, checks the registry's structured age, sex, site and treatment fields, and then reads the first 8 interventional studies' eligibility text against the summary. Each criterion it can settle is quoted from the registry and coded inclusion or exclusion, as met, conflicting or open.
Is patient information stored?
No. The summary is screened in the browser for the HIPAA Safe Harbor identifiers a pattern can catch, refused on the server if any remain, held in memory only while the request runs, and never written to a database or a log. The only record is a count of tokens and the condition searched.
Does the finder decide whether a patient is eligible?
No. It lists candidate studies with the basis for each line and recommends nothing. The study team determines eligibility at screening, and the referring clinician decides whether to refer.
How current is the trial data?
Every run pulls ClinicalTrials.gov live through its version 2 API, and the pull time is printed with the results. Registry text can lag a protocol amendment by weeks, so current criteria should be confirmed with the study contact.
What are the prescribing companions?
One page per rare disease drug for the prescriber's office: what the pharmacy or REMS needs before the first fill, what an insurer's prior authorization policy asks to see documented, dosing and titration, the monitoring the label requires and the interactions that change the dose. There are 4 so far: Fabhalta, Camzyos, Tarpeyo, Filspari.
Is it free, and is there a login?
It is free with no account or login. A one-time attestation per browser tab confirms the user is a clinician or care team member and will paste only de-identified information.
The finder lists candidate studies and shows its basis for each line. It does not rank patients, score fit, recommend a trial or a treatment, or decide eligibility; the study team does that at screening, and the referring clinician decides whether to refer. It is a screening aid for a licensed professional, not medical advice and not a medical device.
The summary is screened in your browser for the identifiers a pattern can catch, refused again on the server if any remain, held in memory only while the request runs, and never written to a database or a log. Your address is used for a rate limit in memory and not stored. Registry text can lag a protocol amendment by weeks, so confirm current criteria with the study contact.
